The company provides introductory services and distribution of investment proposals or marketing materials to eligible registered investors whom have requested further information about potential investment products and news.

Through our due-diligence process, we connect companies who have undergone professional corporate and regulatory structuring for their fund raising with prospective investors that meet our eligibility criteria.

Prospective investors must be confirmed as an eligible type investor in line with FCA, FSMA and COBs rules.
