Clarion works with online marketing and professional investor networks to connect with investors on behalf of our corporate clients.

The company provides introductory services and distribution of investment proposals or marketing materials to FSMA eligible registered investors whom have requested further information about potential investment products and news.

We connect companies who have undergone professional corporate and regulatory structuring for their fund raising with prospective investors that meet the eligibility criteria.

Prospective investors must be confirmed as an eligible type investor in line with FCA, FSMA and COBS rules. Prior to the distribution of any marketing materials investors must register and complete an initial KYC check in order that we properly understand an investors attitude to risk and investment criteria.
